Mondays | 3 weeks | 6:30-8:00 pm | Westminster Campus 

Led by a trauma informed yoga teacher and licensed clinical professional counselor, this group offers support, encouragement, and movement activities for those who have experienced trauma or anxiety. Learn to cope with triggers by connecting to the present moment, exploring the benefits of mindfulness, and meditating on Christ’s truth. Classes will focus on education, a safe inner life, breath, and movement. Learning to breathe on our yoga mats through difficult poses, makes it easier to breathe through challenging situations in day to day life.
